Our Founder
Elle Jolie is the visionary behind Elle Jolie Wellness and the creator of The Curated Method, a unique approach to health and vitality designed to empower women to thrive. With a background as a private chef, a published cookbook author of Bistro Bene, and a National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA)-certified personal trainer, Elle brings a wealth of expertise to her work.
Her journey began in the kitchen, where she developed a passion for creating nourishing meals that celebrate both flavour and function. As she worked with clients, Elle recognized that true wellness extends far beyond diet—it’s about building strength, confidence, and sustainable habits that support a vibrant life. This realization inspired her to expand her expertise into fitness and coaching, combining these elements to create a comprehensive and personalized system for her clients.
The Curated Method was born out of Elle’s commitment to addressing the unique needs of every individual, particularly women navigating life transitions including menopause and postpartum. Her method integrates science-backed fitness, tailored nutrition, and mindset coaching to help clients achieve lasting results and reclaim their confidence.
When Elle is not coaching or working on new recipes, she finds herself exploring the beauty of Kelowna, adoring her four children, and continuing education in the fitness industry.

Our Programmes are available in-person throughout Kelowna and surrounding areas. Remote coaching is available via Zoom or FaceTime.
